To ensure integrity and efficiency of communication between the client and legal consultant; we are diligently engaging only one liaison officer in our Firm so that he becomes head of legal services team for works of the client and coordinator of contacts and services in the Firm. From other side, we prefer to have a liaison officer from the client side as well in order to coordinate works and meetings with him in addition to facilitate accessibility and communication and unify channels of communication to avoid work dispersion.
Conflict of interests:
We have strict policy related to conflict of interests in works that we provide to clients. Further, applicable professional rules prevent us under all conditions from providing any consultation or assuming any work if there is conflict of interest with another client.
